This role will ensure the companyu2019s material supply and procurement of goods and services from existing suppliers. This role is based in our Lubeck office and is a 2-year interim contract. What you will do Retrieve and review purchase requisitions, converting them into purchase orders, and transmitting them to the supplier Clarify changes to purchase requisitions with the supplier during ongoing processes, adjusting the purchase order accordingly Maintain data in the ERP system Tracking the requested delivery date until the goods are delivered to the warehouse Obtaining missing documentation or preparing defect reports for nonu2011conforming goods. Returning rejected goods to the supplier and handling complaints. Review deviating incoming invoices for quantity, price, and other irregularities and clarifying them with the supplier.
