The Senior Project Manager plays the role of CEO of the project—fully accountable for the success, quality, and strategic impact of some of our most complex and high value automation programmes. This is a position for someone who thrives in complexity, influences without authority, and consistently delivers excellence from concept to completion.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large scale, technically sophisticated automation projects across EMEA. You will be the strategic driver of project success, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, contractual commitments, and organisational goals. You will operate as a trusted partner to our clients, building long term, credibility based relationships that underpin successful delivery.
Although this role has no direct line management responsibilities, you will lead through influence—guiding cross functional team and shaping best practices within the execution of the projects to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Project Leadership & Integration
5. Lead the initiation, planning, and execution of complex, strategic automation projects across EMEA.
6. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organisational strategy.
7. Develop robust project governance, business cases, and project charters to secure stakeholder alignment.
8. Build integrated project plans using advanced project management tools and methodologies.
Schedule & Resource Management
9. Lead and motivate high‑performing project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
10. Develop resource plans to ensure optimal utilisation across multiple concurrent projects.
11. Monitor progress, manage critical paths, and implement corrective actions to protect schedule and budget.
12. Ensure seamless integration of interdependent tasks and activities.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
13. Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
14. Develop communication plans that ensure clarity, transparency, and proactive engagement.
15. Provide regular project updates, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
16. Facilitate project meetings and act as a strategic advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Contract & Vendor Management
17. Support negotiation of complex vendor and supplier contracts.
18. Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
19. Oversee change orders, contract modifications, and documentation processes.
Financial & Risk Management
20. Develop and manage detailed project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and value delivery.
21. Track costs, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions.
22. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues when necessary.
23. Lead structured problem‑solving efforts to maintain project momentum.
Experience & Qualifications
24. 8–10+ years of progressive project management experience.
25. Proven success delivering large‑scale, complex, cross‑functional projects with strategic impact.
26. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority.
27. Experience managing budgets, risks, contracts, and vendor relationships.
28. Deep understanding of project management methodologies.
29. PMP certification highly desirable.
30. Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80% annually), including across EMEA to customer sites and meetings.
