You will identify new business opportunities, build sustainable customer relationships and successfully position our solutions on the market. Help shape the future of the company in an increasingly important business area (Products & Services).Your TasksYou analyze the needs and business models of potential customers and develop sales strategies based on this.You manage sales activities, conduct negotiations and successfully conclude contracts.You build long-term customer relationships and maintain existing partnerships.You will carry out lead generation and cold calling to identify and acquire potential customers.You will oversee the entire sales process from the initial approach to the conclusion of the contract.You carry out market and competitive analyses to identify new business areas.You analyze customer satisfaction and derive measures for continuous improvement.Necessary SkillsSuccessfully completed studies in economics, engineering or a comparable field of studyProven sales experience with products or services that require explanation, preferably in digital services or test benchesKnowledge of lead generation, cold calling and building long-term customer relationshipsStrategic thinking with the ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop appropriate solutionsStrong communication and negotiation skills at all hierarchical levelsHigh degree of initiative, results orientation and entrepreneurial thinkingFlexibility and willingness to travel as well as very good German and English skillsDesired SkillsExperience in dealing with B2B customers and developing sales strategiesAffinity for business models and value chains in a digital contextStructured way of working and enjoy working with sophisticated technical solutionsPassion for collaboration, conflict management and customer orientationDiversity and equal opportunity are important to us.
