&##Position: Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) – Vinyl Record Pressing

As a Machine and Plant Operator, you are responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing our vinyl pressing machines. You are the technical backbone of our production and ensure that our three presses run smoothly and consistently produce vinyl records at the highest quality.
Ensuring consistent production quality throughout the pressing process
- Carrying out regular machine inspections, adjustments, and maintenance work
- Documenting production and maintenance activities
- Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience as a machine and plant operator, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable technical field
Hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing production equipment
