Product Manager (m/f/d) | Security & Smart Technology Solutions

Join Hanwha Vision Europe , a leading provider of intelligent video surveillance, security, and smart technology solutions. We're looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to drive product strategy, launches, and lifecycle management across our video surveillance, IP Audio, and logistics technology portfolio.
What you'll do:
- Manage product pricing strategy, determine optimal pricing for new products and be responsible for the company’s competitive product entry, including ongoing improvement.
- Own product ranges out of the company’s product portfolio, drive Product planning and development, specifically Hanwha Vision’s Q series cameras, IP Audio product range including Audio Beacon & Intercom, Bar Code Reader (Vehicle Location Tracking Systems – Logistics)
- Define pricing strategies, product positioning, and competitive market entry plans.
- Lead product launches, ensuring effective planning, communication, and sales enablement.
- Act as the product expert for the DACH region, supporting Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical teams.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including forecasting, inventory management, product availability, and End-of-Life planning.
- Support product compliance and certification activities with European HQ and external testing partners.
- Create product sales tools, presentations, collateral, and demonstration content in collaboration with Marketing and HQ.
- Evaluate products and market opportunities, identifying gaps, customer needs, industry trends, and recommendations for future development.
- Collaborate with regional and European teams to support strategic projects and business objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Product Management experience within a B2B technology environment.
- Technical knowledge of one or more of the following:
1. Video Surveillance (CCTV/Cameras)
2. Logistics/Barcode Reader systems (VLTS)
3. IP Audio solutions (VoIP/SIP)
- Experience with pricing strategies and market analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, commercially aware, and passionate about technology and innovation.
- Confident presenter, able to engage technical, commercial, and customer audiences.
- Engineering or technical degree desirable.
- Fluent English required; Korean or other European languages are advantageous.
- Full driving licence.
