German speaking onboarding account manager in barcelona!

Join our dynamic team in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting project with a Digital Marketing Ads tool, a game-changing solution for businesses everywhere!

This role is for individuals who can expertly navigate the complexities of the German market, onboarding and engaging with high-potential companies, including possible future unicorns. This involves building strong relationships, driving product adoption, minimizing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth and advocacy within our customer base.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor, onboarding a portfolio of new clients and developing high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing. You'll also be responsible for sales duties, including:

* Making outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
* Detecting and understanding customer objectives to offer tailored solutions.
* Setting up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance.
* Increasing ad spend and upselling campaigns.
* Creating, maintaining, and updating a customer database with complete information.
* Handling a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.


Requirements

* BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
* Language skills: C2 level of German and English.
* 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing: previous client-facing experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently deliver impactful results.
* Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems for business outcomes.
* Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach.
* Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
* Thrives in a goal-oriented environment and contributes actively to team success.
* Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a confident and determined mindset.
* Works independently while actively collaborating with team members.
* Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and support strategic decisions.
* Skilled in conducting competitor analysis and identifying market trends to inform strategic positioning.
* Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.

* Advanced Inquiry Management: Ability to manage sophisticated questions about ROI and integration with other platforms.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of local regulations, especially regarding data privacy (e.g., GDPR), to ensure compliance in all outreach activities and tailor strategies that respect and address client's high focus on data privacy.
