Description We have a fantastic opportunity in our Sales Team in Germany. This is a challenging role in which you will be involved in independent sales including technical consulting, refractory products and merchandise for the thermal industry. Assignment is Germany-wide as well as travel to other European countries. Focus will be initially on Thermal segment. Responsibilities: Develop and track sales in the various sub-segments of the Thermal segment through customer visits Follow up on installation projects and product testing Introduce new products, services and other developments Provide first level technical support to customers Develop, present and implement customer plans Review market analysis to determine customer needs Prepare forecasts of expected sales conditions Prepare sales reports on a regular basis Requirements: Degree or equivalent in a technical field (mechanical, architectural or chemical engineering preferred) Knowledge of refractory materials and related applications and processes Sales experience, ideally in the refractory industry (or related markets) Proven leadership behavior: Leads self, communicates and collaborates, delivers results and drives improvement Proficiency in written and spoken German and English Willingness to travel LI-DNI
