To strengthen our regional footprint, we are seeking a distinguished Sales Manager for theCentral & Eastern EuropeRegion. This role calls for a poised, strategic, and relationshipdriven professional - someone who embodies our brand values andpossessesthe ability to cultivate trust andlong-termengagement across a sophisticated market landscape.

Your missions:

3. Travel extensively to nurture strategic customer relationships and expand your network.
4. Identifyand qualify new opportunities across end users, rental companies, production partners, and venues.
5. Engage in key regional rental and live event projects to secure strategic wins.

3. Deliver Flawless Sales Execution & Sustainable Growth

Approach every commercial interaction with precision and excellence.

6. Drive the achievement of regionalsales objectiveswith a strong focus on theRentalmarket.
7. Manage sales orders and backlog with rigor and transparency.
8. Produceaccurate,timelyquotations and guide channel partners throughout the sales cycle.

4. Empower Partners & Distributors to Excel

14. Share thoughtful market insights and best practices during internal commercial exchanges.

6. Contribute to Strategic Budgeting & Executive Reporting

Bring clarity, foresight, and strategic depth.

15. Participate in structuring annual budgets for end users outside the Certified Provider network.
16. Provide concise, high-quality reporting on visits, weekly priorities, and market developments.

7. Ensure a Seamless,HighQualityCustomer Experience

Deliver excellence at every touchpoint.

17. Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Application Engineering, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
18. Guarantee a refined customer journey frominitialconsultation to project delivery.

The Regional Sales Manageris expected to bring us the following skills and experience:

19. Minimum of 5 years of experience with sales in commercial Audio/video Sales (and or integrated systems) with a proventrack record.
20. Experience with channel management of systems integrators and distributors
21. Central & EasternEurope regional experience
22. Candidate must be energetic, self-motivated, self-propelled andpossessa desire to win.
23. Outstanding organization and follow-up skills.
24. Ability to sell premium products based on features and benefits
25. A knowledge ofRentalmarket ispreferred.
26. Some knowledge of Audio/Video design and application would be a plus.
27. Bachelor’s degree in business is considered a plus.
28. Proficient in English

Location:willingness, and capacity to travelin the region. Travel is expected to be35–50%.
