What you'll do
* Lead the development and implementation of innovative projects that will set the course for Knauf's global business practices
* Craft project approaches, manage timelines, allocate resources, and oversee budgets to secure success
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, whether managed internally or supported externally
* Harmonize your project roadmaps with other initiatives, creating a cohesive strategy that drives overall program success
* Guide project teams and engage stakeholders by preparing and delivering impactful presentations to senior management and steering committees
Who you are
* Hold a Master’s degree in Business or a related field, demonstrating your strong educational foundation
* Have a proven track record in management consulting as a project manager, leading and delivering successful projects
* Thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing your top-notch project management skills
* Excel in analytical and quantitative tasks, making decisions rooted in data
* Possess excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for stakeholders at various organizational levels, both in person and remotely
