Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end project management of data migration activities as part of the global HR transformation program
2. Own planning, coordination, and execution of HR data migration from legacy systems to modern HR IT platforms, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance
3. Collaborate closely with the Global Program Managers, IT teams, HR experts, and external partners to align migration strategies and schedules
4. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to data migration, driving timely mitigation and resolution
5. Develop and oversee testing strategies including data validation, reconciliation, and user acceptance testing specifically focused on migration outputs
6. Facilitate effective communication between geographically dispersed teams across India, Germany, and other regions to ensure smooth project delivery
7. Prepare detailed project documentation, dashboards, and executive reports to track progress, challenges, and key milestones
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing best practices in HR data migration and project management
9. Mentor and influence project team members to maintain high-quality standards and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle
Profile
10. Proven experience in HR IT project management ideally with focus on data migration projects, preferably involving SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or other HR systems
11. Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, ETL processes, data cleansing, and data validation techniques within HR IT landscapes
12. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with international teams, ideally within matrix or global program environments
13. Familiarity with HR business processes and systems, including SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM is an advantage
14. Excellent risk and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
15. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred
16. Exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to engage effectively across cultures and seniority levels
17. Familiarity with project management tools (, MS Project, JIRA, or similar) expected
