Business Intelligence Analyst
About the Role:
* Transition data and reporting assets to a Group Data Warehouse, ensuring retirement of outdated Business Objects universes.
* Extend BCBS239 regulatory compliance to Financial Statements and Pillar III disclosures through comprehensive data mapping and enhancement of control frameworks.
* Apply Group Reporting Governance standards to critical reports developed using Business Objects, Tableau, and Power BI.
* Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate accelerated deployment of BCBS239 requirements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement new or enhanced data quality validation mechanisms within IT systems, addressing data inconsistencies and anomalies.
* Assist in collection of evidence demonstrating execution of controls for key regulatory and mandated reports.
* Participate in identification, documentation, and resolution tracking of data quality or reporting issues, ensuring timely remediation.
* Contribute to documentation efforts, control testing, and stakeholder engagement to uphold high standards of data integrity.
Technical Requirements:
* Familiarity with tactical tools related to Data Quality, Data Glossary, and Data Lineage.
* Ability to map and validate data migration into new IT platforms, ensuring alignment with institutional data architecture.
* Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
* Experience working in dynamic environments.
