As an Account Manager National Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing output-focused channel partners, as well as developing mid-sized end customers across Industry, Financial Services, and Professional Services within your assigned sales region.
Reporting line: Sales Manager National Accounts DACH
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain Lexmark channel partners and Lexmark end customers within the assigned sales region
2. Proactively identify, acquire, and qualify new customer opportunities
3. Build, develop, and manage new solution-oriented channel partnerships
4. Conduct market and competitive analyses
5. Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and willingness to travel
6. Take ownership of revenue targets and budget responsibility
7. Maintain CRM databases and prepare regular reports
8. Plan, coordinate, and monitor the success of marketing initiatives
9. Collaborate closely with internal departments and cross-functional teams
10. Prepare customer proposals and customized solution concepts, involving colleagues from other departments where required
Your Profile
11. Proven success in sales with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
12. Degree in Business Administration or completed commercial training
13. Knowledge of output solutions and document management
14. Experience with cloud-based solutions as well as ECM/DMS software
15. High level of self-motivation with a strong results- and closure-oriented mindset
16. Team-oriented, flexible, committed, and able to inspire others
17. Strong negotiation skills and reliability in meeting deadlines
18. Solid understanding of business processes and their representation in internal IT systems
19. Fluency both in German and English, written and spoken
20. Confident user of MS Office and internet-based applications
