Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (all genders) to lead the design, selection, and implementation of our new global HR operating system and related HR service provider landscape within the next 12 – 18 months. This is the timeline for the SUSONITY business, that has been recently acquired by the GNMI group, to become fully independent from the seller. This role will manage the end-to-end delivery of a new HRIS / global HR system as well as the rollout of regional and local HR solutions for payroll, time management, benefits administration, HR administration, recruitment, and other core HR processes.
Your Role: We are looking for a Project Leader (all genders) to spearhead the planning and implementation of a new HR Operating system for a global, mid-sized company in the chemical industry. This role involves developing a comprehensive project plan that defines scope, milestones, and timelines, ensuring alignment with our business and HR strategy. You will lead the selection process for a global HRIS, ensuring it meets functional, compliance, and scalability requirements, while also managing its implementation and integration with other business systems. Additionally, you will oversee the selection of local, regional, and global HR service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions. As the primary point of contact, you will provide regular updates to executive sponsors and engage with regional HR leads to ensure smooth adoption and readiness. A critical part of this position is developing a change management plan and delivering training materials to facilitate a seamless transition to the new HR operating model. Who You Are:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
* 8+ years of experience in HRIS implementation and HR service provider transitions
* preferably in global or multi-country contexts
* Proven success in managing complex, time-bound transformation projects
* Strong understanding of core HR processes and systems (payroll, time tracking, benefits, recruitment)
* Exceptional project management skills, with PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
* Excellent vendor management and contract negotiation abilities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures
* Willingness to travel internationally as needed
