About the Role

The Bioprocess Account Manager Germany Southwest (d/f/m) is pivotal in driving customer success aligned with Cytiva's strategy. You will own the overall customer relationship and serve as the primary contact between our company and customers. Your role will involve growing the business through a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and our product portfolio.

This position reports to the Bioprocess Territory Manager, Central South, and is part of the Central Bioprocess Sales Team. This role is fully remote, and we are looking for an ideal candidate located in the Southwest of Germany.


What You Will Do

* Understand and map customer contacts within selected accounts, forming strong business relationships through regular field visits to grasp their business issues and challenges. Position Cytiva as a trusted partner aligned with our vision.

* Take personal responsibility for your budget by driving Cytiva's commercial positioning. Focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities to accelerate growth.

* Engage sales specialists in designing and executing account business plans, playing a key role in fostering effective teamwork within a complex matrix sales environment.

* Support business development and marketing initiatives in the field to enhance market share in your allocated accounts.

* Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities within your designated territory using sales tools and applications.


Who You Are

* Bachelor's Degree in Science or Business, or equivalent experience.

* At least five years of sales experience with a proven track record as a Life Science Sales Representative or Sales Manager.

* Deep understanding of Bioprocess customers' needs and business drivers, using this knowledge to develop effective account plans and strategies.

* A self-starter who can manage time effectively, organize, and prioritize workload.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and communication abilities.


Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

* Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.

* A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.


It Would Be a Plus If You Also Possess

* Business market knowledge.

* Strong negotiation skills for price agreements.

* Experience with systems and tools such as Sales Force and QlikSense.
