Job Requirements:
1. BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience
2. A minimum of 10 years applicable industrial experience
3. APICS, ASCM, or DDI Certification
4. Fundamental knowledge of Alkegen, its products, raw materials, manufacturing process and objectives, MRP systems and personal computers
5. Proficient in Adaptive Coaching skills of listening, asking and responding
Responsibilities:
6. Planning production for all product lines while maintaining efficient utilization of plant capacity.
7. Meet delivery dates for sales, expedite merchandise.
8. Inventory control, products, raw materials and resale responsibility.
9. Manage inventory of finished goods and WIP.
10. Ensure that the production personnel have the necessary resources available
11. Develop reports and forecasts as required
12. Active participant on the S&OP team
13. Assist the plant manager as requirements dictate
14. Responsible for the accomplishment of objectives set in the areas of safety, quality, customer service, cost control, employee involvement, housekeeping and property conservation
15. Must comply with all Federal, State, Local and Company rules and regulations pertaining to health, safety and environmental issues.
16. Champion FIFO implementation and maintain process.
17. Conduct monthly coaching sessions with direct reports.
18. Directs, plans, and coordinates activities concerned with production of company product(s), and establishes production priorities for products
19. effective operations cost factors
20. utilizing knowledge of product technology, production methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment.
21. Confers with management personnel to establish and implement company policies and goals
22. Establish production and quality control standards,
23. Develop budget and cost controls
24. Obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
Qualifications/ Experience:
