Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Provide sales support to direct customers and distributors
* Ensure design-win, business-win, generating leads and new business opportunities, and sales success for assigned customers
* Build and maintain strong relationships, and actively network with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage sales and quantity planning for relevant customers, ensuring alignment with product requirements over an 18-month planning horizon
* Independently evaluate customer and segment strategies within the addressed markets
* Maintain detailed knowledge of customer strengths, weaknesses, and the competitive positioning of IFX
* Handle independent escalation management for payment issues and contract violations across all organizational levels

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* University degree with a standard duration of up to 4 years (e.g. Business studies or industrial engineering)
* Experience in sales and marketing in an international environment for a semiconductor manufacturer or distributor
* Good knowledge of sales & marketing processes and related IT systems
* Knowledge in project or process management
* Experienced in facilitation techniques and change management
* Business fluent in English and German
