As Project Manager you are co-leading projects and identifying new opportunities regarding the overall strategy of AUTO1.com across Europe in order to advance our platform performance and our growth even further. Job Description
* Design and execute business initiatives and play a crucial part in implementing them to ensure continuous improvement and growth of AUTO1.com
* Gain deep insights into how to optimize and implement processes and learn how to scale a business in direct cooperation with our Management team
* Carry out cross-functional projects on a European level and manage stakeholders across different business units such as sales, marketing, product, business analytics
* Write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis and drive projects from their design to release
* Drive performance management initiatives on a European level to ensure constant business growth
* Work parallel as a generalist on different projects and conceptualize key growth initiatives
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 3 years full-time work experience, preferably in a growth company, start-up or management consulting firm
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Self-starter mentality with excellent organizational and interpersonal skill
* Good analytical skills, structured way of thinking, exceptional attention to details
* Fluent in English and German, as well as advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
