Job Description
1. As Product Manager (m|f|d), you will drive the software roadmap including an innovative manufacturing orchestration and workflow management solution tailored to Cell and Gene Therapy production.
2. You will oversee the software lifecycle, including early-access programs, go-to-market strategies, documentation support, requirement gathering, and feature prioritization.
3. You will collaborate cross-functionally with software development, engineering, services, sales, and QA to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. You will maintain close contact with our customers and serve as their voice within the organization.
Qualifications
5. You hold an advanced degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Informatics and have experience in product management, ideally with a focus on software-related topics.
6. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong self-organization and commitment.
7. You are persuasive and goal-oriented in your approach.
8. You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and communicating openly with other teams and departments.
9. You are an excellent communicator and presenter, particularly in German and English.
