The Role: What You’ll Own
As Projektleiter, you’ll take full charge of event tech projects, end to end. This means steering the ship from commercial quoting all the way to onsite execution. You’ll collaborate with tech, commercial, and client teams, while also staffing and leading your own project squads. Expect international travel, hands-on client engagement, and the thrill of managing high-pressure live environments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Leading entire project lifecycles in lighting, sound, and media tech
* Creating project offers and technical-commercial calculations
* Guiding client negotiations and providing expert consultation
* Managing onsite execution and operational excellence
* Overseeing material planning and team staffing
* Working with EasyJob (and optionally Vectorworks) for coordination
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
* 5+ years managing complex event technology projects
* Deep technical knowledge in lighting and sound
* Strong leadership under pressure and in shifting environments
* Solid command of MS Office and EasyJob
* Fluent German (C1) and English (C1)
* Valid driver’s licence, company car included
Nice-to-Haves:
* Vectorworks experience
* Motorsport or high-stakes live event exposure
* Proven leadership in fast-paced, on-site event contexts
The Setup
You’ll report directly to the Project Management Lead, working hand-in-hand with technical masterminds and creative commercial teams. With 40–50% travel, local and international, expect diverse projects that keep your calendar exciting and your skills razor-sharp.
