Your Role
As Sales Manager in Business Development, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey. You will:
* Drive and optimize our sales and communication strategies in close collaboration with the product team
* Build strong relationships with existing customers and unlock new business opportunities
* Guide potential clients from first contact to successful contract signing
* Continuously improving internal processes and workflows in our CRM system
* Position ProteinDistillery within the food & feed market and learn the dynamics of the food industry
Your profile
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in the food & feed ingredient market, ideally with a degree in food technology, business administration, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles within the industry
* Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to inspire others
* Goal-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong willingness to win
* Fluent in English and German
