Job Description:

Someone who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals.Key to success will be a pro-active attitude, a confident communicator and someone who is willing to achieve new business. Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a small territory or set of accounts with oversight; execute call plans to expand share of wallet.
2. Qualify and advance opportunities, coordinate demos, trials, and sampling in collaboration with technical resources.
3. Prepare proposals using approved templates; negotiate within defined parameters to protect margin.
4. Build relationships with purchasing and operations contacts; secure reorders and identify upsell paths.
5. Maintain CRM hygiene including opportunity stages, probabilities, and forecasting accuracy.
6. Partner with senior sellers on complex deals to learn account strategy and deal structuring.
7. Track competitive activity and relay market intelligence to Sales Leadership and Marketing.
8. Resolve day-to-day issues by coordinating internally with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Credit.
9. Support collections activities by aligning on payment terms and following up on past-due invoices.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting standard work and sharing best practices.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.


Education & Experience

12. Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
13. Typically requires 2-4 years of experience.


Knowledge & Skills

14. Proficiency with CRM for pipeline, forecasting, and account management.
15. Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated pricing and negotiation capability.
16. Clear, concise communication (written and verbal) with executive presence.
17. Ability to analyze data to generate insights and action plans.
18. Collaborative working style with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality).
19. Organized, disciplined operating cadence; able to manage multiple priorities.
20. Ability to learn and apply structured sales processes with coaching and oversight.
