JOB DESCRIPTION
For thePharma & Personal Care division, we are hiring aRegional Sales Manager (RSM) Germany & Switzerland, responsible for driving sustainable growth and achieving division objectives through the leadership and development of a high-performingField Sales Teamacross the DACH region (Germany and Switzerland).
This role requires astrong people leaderwho can inspire, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales team while ensuring consistent execution of strategy, customer-centricity, and profitable growth in one of Europe’s most strategically important markets for pharmaceutical and personal care manufacturing.
The RSM will play a key role in shaping the regional commercial strategy, strengthening key customer and distributor partnerships, and acting as a representative of the Life Sciences Division at regional leadership forums.
HowYou’llMake an Impact:
1. Own and execute the regional sales strategy for Germany and Switzerland, in line with business and growth objectives.
2. Lead, manage and develop the regional sales team, driving performance, engagement and capability building.
3. Deliver revenue, margin and growth targets across the assigned territory.
4. Drive new business development while expanding and retaining strategic customers in Pharma and Personal Care.
5. Manage key accounts and senior customer relationships, acting as the primary commercial contact for the region.
6. Lead complex commercial negotiations and oversee long-term agreements and pricing strategies.
7. Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
8. Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and reporting through CRM and internal tools.
9. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Technical, Operations and Supply Chain teams to deliver integrated solutions.
10. Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, internal policies and ethical selling standard

12. Ability to travel approximately50%across the region.
Qualifications:
13. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, or another relevant scientific or technical discipline.
14. 7–10 years of progressively increasing managerial responsibility in aB2B sales and/or service organization.
15. Demonstrated success in leading and developingremote sales teams.
16. Strong track record of delivering results in afast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
17. Prior experience within thepharmaceutical, personal care, healthcare, or medical devices industries.
18. Strong commercial acumen combined with a solid technical and scientific understanding.
19. Excellent leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
20. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
Languages
21. Fluent in English and Germanis required.
22. Additional languages (. French) are a strong plus
