In this position, you will shape the future of land-based systems in the areas of electronic reconnaissance (COMINT) and countermeasures.

Your tasks
8. Backlog Management: Independent management, maintenance and prioritization of the product backlog for software products in the field of Electronic Warfare.
9. Interface function: Central stakeholder management between product management, project management, and the development and testing teams.
10. Release control: Ensuring continuous product increments and regular releases across multiple sprint cycles.
11. Requirements management: Transparent preparation of requirements and active clarification of questions during the sprints.
12. Quality assurance: Review and final acceptance of the functionalities developed in the sprint, as well as implementation of methods for measuring success.
13. Agile working: Active participation in all Scrum events (Planning, Review, Retrospective).
Your profile
14. Education: Completed studies in computer science, software development or a comparable qualification (at least Bachelor's degree).
15. Professional experience: Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable agile role.
16. IT expertise: Sound technical understanding of modern software development (especially Java, C++ ).
17. Methodology & Tools: Proficient use of Jira, Confluence, DOORS and MS Project. PSPO/CSPO certification is strongly encouraged.
18. Language skills: Fluent German and English.
19. Personality: Teamwork skills, a high sense of responsibility, resilience and excellent organizational talent.
