This dynamic organisation, part of a leading independent power producer across Europe, specialise in the technical management, construction and operations of utility-scale Solar Parks and BESS sites. They have seen great success and rapidly expanded their German team in recent years, are now looking to appoint an ambitious manager to take ownership of the projects and fuel future success.
In this role, you will manage the delivery of revamping and maintenance projects for utility-scale Solar PV. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager with a proven background working on renewable energy projects. You will speak fluent German, hold a driving license and be flexible to travel to sites across Germany.

The Role:
1. Managing Solar PV projects from planning through to commissioning and handover
2. Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
3. Managing budgets, schedules, risks, and project performance
4. Overseeing H&S ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained
5. Maintaining clear reporting and stakeholder communication
6. Frequent site visits across Germany
The Person:
7. Experience of Project Managing construction, installation or maintenance projects
8. Background working on large scale renewable infrastructure (Solar, BESS, Wind etc)
9. Driving License
10. Fluent in German
