Role Overview We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and EN IEC 80079 (QAN/QAR) standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of ownership and will be responsible for aligning quality initiatives with Nexxiot’s business strategy and operational needs. This is a key role that supports internal process excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain the company’s QMS according to ISO 9001 ans ISO 14001 requirements. Provide consulting support on the ISMS (ISO 27001) and EX compliance (EN IEC 80079/QAN/QAR). Act as a liaison for external certification bodies and manage the certification process. Coordinate and execute internal and external audits, track findings, and ensure implementation of corrective actions. Lead the Management Review Process and follow through on action points. Oversee annual QMS and ISMS planning cycles and report on system health and KPIs. Train new employees and existing staff on QMS/ISMS protocols relevant to their functions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and information security. Ensure risks are tracked and delegated appropriately within the organization. Maintain alignment between quality systems and evolving business needs. Required Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in quality management systems (QMS) and compliance standards (ISO 9001, ISO 1401, ISO 27001, EN IEC 80079). Strong understanding of audit procedures, CAPA, risk analysis, and document control. Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g., industrial, electronics, or rail sectors preferred). Excellent communication and training skills with a hands-on and pragmatic approach. Ability to drive change, promote continuous improvement, and engage cross-functional teams. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
