How you will make an impact As Senior Product Manager, Payments, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management and strategic direction of our payment acceptance solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver features that improve the performance, reliability, and user experience of our pay‑ins and checkout flows. Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for payouts from opportunity identification and scoping to launch, iteration, and adoption. Define and drive the Payment Acceptance roadmap, aligning closely with business goals, customer needs, and Payrails’ broader platform strategy. Develop and track clear success metrics to measure product adoption, performance, and reliability, using data to inform continuous improvements. Own the go‑to‑market strategy for new features and improvements by partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Conduct market and user research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the offering is competitive, innovative, and customer‑centric. Act as the bridge between technical and non‑technical teams, ensuring strong communication and shared understanding throughout the product development process. What we are looking for Minimum of 7 years in B2B SaaS Product Management. Proven experience driving end‑to‑end products from 0‑1 and/or 1‑N, from scoping to GTM. Hands‑on experience with eCommerce consumer checkout optimization and/or PSP implementations. Tech‑savvy with fluent understanding of APIs and SDKs, and effective communication with engineers. Track record of managing complex initiatives with strong emphasis on data and actionable insights. Experience with SQL to dive into data independently. Experience working with enterprise‑level customers in complex environments. Strong communication skills to explain complex problems simply at all levels. Proficiency facilitating workshops and design sessions with customer needs and business goals in mind. Passion for new fintech technologies and innovations.
