In this pivotal role, you will manage cross-functional and multi-level relationships with regional customers and partners, driving sales growth and maximizing profitability within our Pharma matrix organization.
Your Contribution
In your role as Area Sales Manager (m/f/d)* you…
1. Develop and execute location-specific sales strategies focused on growth.
2. Agree and manage yearly budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts for each account.
3. Negotiate prices, terms, and frame contracts with local accounts.
4. Initiate and coordinate projects to capture growth potentials.
5. Update the organization on product knowledge, market trends, competitors, and new business op-portunities.
6. Evaluate business opportunities, balancing chances and risks, and make risks transparent within the organization.
7. Coordinate customer projects in a cross-functional setup
Your Profile
8. University degree in Business or Life Sciences.
9. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or a related function, preferably in B2B pharma packaging, biotech, or medical device industry.
10. Proficiency in major digital tools (, LinkedIn, MS Office, CRM, SAP).
11. Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
12. Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
13. Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
14. A team player with a collaborative mindset.
