<p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">As an <strong>HR Business Partner (m/f/d)</strong>, you are the first HR contact person for managers and employees at the plant and provide proactive advice and support on all HR-related topics, in line with the Group-wide HR strategy.</span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Assumption of all tasks related to operational HR support, such as preparing contracts or certificates</span></li>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Supporting and implementation of HR measures, taking into account legal, contractual, collective agreement, and personnel-related framework conditions</span></li>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support in workforce and succession planning within the respective area of responsibility, as well as management of individual compensation determination based on job evaluation</span></li>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Collaborating within the team to optimize and harmonize HR processes</span></li>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Participating in local as well as strategic HR projects</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Experience and Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a certified HR specialist, or a degree in a related field</span></li>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Several years of experience in HR administration or as an HR Specialist in a metal and electrical industry company</span></li>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">In-depth knowledge of labor law, collective agreement law, and social security regulations</span></li>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Quick comprehension combined with a structured and independent working style</span></li>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Balancing personal concerns with business requirements and expectations in interactions with people </span></li>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong strategic thinking, conceptual skills, and project management competence</span></li>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with various interfaces at all organizational levels</span></li>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Confident handling of SAP R/3</span></li>
<li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Very good command of English, both written and spoken</span></li>
