<li>You will systematically develop the sales area in a specific industry.</li>
<li>You will either be responsible for existing customer business or focus on acquiring new customers and building up your own customer portfolio.</li>
<li>You will identify target customers, establish contacts with decision-makers and build long-term, successful customer relationships.</li>
<li>You will increase sales of the entire SEEBURGER product range and generate qualified leads.</li>
<li>You conscientiously maintain your contacts in the CRM, recognise sales opportunities and use them to fully exploit the market potential.</li>
<li>You accompany the entire sales process - from the first contact to the successful conclusion of a contract.</li>

<h2><strong>Your Profile</strong></h2>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>You are interested in business processes</strong> and want to learn how to recognise customer needs and develop suitable solutions.</li>
<li><strong>You enjoy sales</strong> and are enthusiastic about developing and successfully utilising your skills in communicating with customers.</li>
<li><strong>You are actively looking for new challenges</strong> and are open to familiarising yourself with new topics and the sales area with our support, even without previous IT knowledge.</li>
<li><strong>You have a confident manner</strong> or would like to develop this during your time with us - with our support you will strengthen your negotiating skills and initiative.</li>
<li><strong>You are a strong communicator and open-minded</strong> or willing to further develop these skills with targeted training in order to build long-term customer relationships.</li>
<li><strong>You remain patient and persistent</strong>, even when you grow into new and complex sales situations, and are closely supported by us.</li>
<li><strong>You have a good command of English</strong>, which can be helpful in an international context, but is not a prerequisite.</li>
<li><strong>You have a degree or a comparable qualification</strong>, for example a commercial apprenticeship, and would like to develop further in the sales area.</li>
