It provides a platform for emerging local and international talent to perform live in front of industry professionals, decision-makers, and music enthusiasts. Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit der Gesamtprojekt- und Geschäftsleitung.
Manage the project MW:M Live 2026.
Develop and implement a detailed project and timeline plan.
Support the preparation of applications for funding bodies.
Financial administration including public tendering of contracts, invoice control, payment approvals, preparation of proof of use of funds including project reports and financial statements.
Acquire and collaborate with national and international program partners, such as music export offices, regional pop music funding organizations, agencies, management teams, and labels.
Regular reporting to and coordination with the overall project management and the executive management.

Vergütung: Nach persönlicher Qualifikation auf Honorarbasis.
Bei dem zu vergebenden Auftrag handelt es sich um eine geförderte Maßnahme, für die nur begrenzte finanzielle Mittel zur Verfügung stehen. Für den Auftrag ist eine maximale Auftragssumme von 20.250,00€ netto pro jährlichem Projektzeitraum vorgesehen. Die Berlin Music Commission begrüßt Bewerbungen von Menschen mit Migrationsgeschichte, Frauen/non-cis-male Bewerbenden und anderweitig marginalisierten Gruppen ausdrücklich. Schwerbehinderte Menschen werden bei gleicher Eignung bevorzugt berücksichtigt.
Compensation: Based on personal qualifications on a freelance basis.
A maximum contract value of €20,250.00 net per annual project period is intended for this assignment. The contracting authority therefore reserves the right to cancel the tender if the bidder submitting the most economically advantageous offer proposes a total price exceeding €20,250.00 net in the comparative evaluation of bids.
