Mackenzie Stuart is partnering with a leading Water Treatment Technology Company, that specializes in innovative Waste water and Process Water solutions globally.
This lead position is based On-Site in Dresden and so requires the candidate to be based there. The ideal candidate to plan and manage plant projects in Germany, delivering on engineering and project implementation for key projects across the territory.
Responsibilities
* Plan and manage projects for process or wastewater treatment plants in Germany, coordinating with specialist departments.
* Independently lead projects within budget, cost, and timeline constraints
across all phases
* Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, cost, and scheduling requirements.
* Prepare internal and external project reporting
,
including contract‑related correspondence.
Requirements
* Degree (Diploma/Bachelor/Master) in process engineering, mechanical engineering,
* Minimum 10 years of experience independently managing wastewater or process water projects in industries such as energy, food, chemical, petroleum processing, semiconductor, or paper.
* Proven construction site experience.
* Proficient in English and German both written and spoken
* Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, CADISON, and SAP
