We are an internationally operating company in the larger area of Hamm and looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support and drive impactful HR initiatives at site level.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the employee lifecycle for a defined employee group (recruitment, onboarding, contract management, performance reviews, administration, and offboarding)
- Preparation and analysis of HR reports and KPIs
- Responsibility for early career talent and internal talent development initiatives
- Preparation and active participation in internal and external audits; continuous improvement of HR processes
- Close collaboration with Group HR, Talent Development, and other HR functions
- Trusted partner to management and employees; cooperation and negotiation with the works council
Profile
- Degree (Diploma/Master) in Business Administration with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an operational HR Business Partner or HR Genralist role
- Solid knowledge of collective agreements, labor law, works constitution law, and social security regulations
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong MS Office and SAP skills
- Hands-on mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Independent and structured working style combined with strong teamwork mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
