Your tasks
You have completed your degree or are about to – and want to step straight into a role where you make a real difference? At Testo, you take on responsibility from day one: you build the foundation that ensures sales training across more than 30 countries not only takes place – but demonstrably delivers results. The following tasks await you:
* Reporting Dashboard – Build & Develop: You develop a global dashboard that shows which training measures are running across the 34 country organisations, what has been implemented and what has worked – visible to the team and management alike.
* Training Coordination & Measure Tracking: You keep track of which measures are running in which countries, who is responsible and what remains open.
* Quality Assurance & Impact Measurement: You consolidate feedback from trainers and participants in a structured way and answer the key question: has the training actually made a difference?
* Automation & Process Improvement: You identify where steps can be automated – e.g. status updates or reports – and implement solutions using modern tools and AI on your own initiative.
* Country Coordination & Stakeholder Management: You act as the central point of contact for queries from country organisations, manage communication between headquarters and subsidiaries and follow up on measures consistently.

Your profile
* Degree: Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Educational Sciences, Psychology or a comparable field – initial practical experience through internships or a student placement is a plus.
* Project Management: You structure complex matters, set priorities and maintain oversight even when managing multiple parallel topics, countries and interfaces.
* Data Affinity: Confident use of Excel; experience with dashboards, reporting or monitoring tools – or a clear willingness to acquire these skills quickly.
* Process Thinking: You recognise inefficiencies, think in solutions and have an interest in improving processes using modern tools or low-code approaches.
* Attention to Quality: You work accurately and in a structured manner, check data for completeness and consistency and hold yourself to a high standard of reliability.
* Ownership: You see things through to completion, proactively follow up on open points and act without being prompted.
* Communication & Intercultural Competence: Clear, reliable communication – including with international stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds and seniority levels.
* Digital Affinity & AI: Openness to new technologies and a genuine interest in using AI tools purposefully and critically for reporting, automation and data preparation.
* Language Skills: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are essential; German is advantageous.
