Your tasks
8. Day-to-day business: Independent management and smooth handling of operational purchasing (procure-to-pay processes).
9. Strategy & Initiatives: Implementation of global purchasing objectives and active support of the Commodity Management Team in the development and local implementation of commodity strategies.
10. Supplier management: Proactive development and maintenance of long-term partnerships, confident conduct of negotiations, and management of supplier contracts in compliance with legal regulations.
11. Cost Saving & Optimization: Independent initiation and promotion of cost reduction measures as well as the active advancement of digital procurement tools and channels.
12. Interface communication: Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and active exchange with internal stakeholders to anticipate future site requirements at an early stage.
Your profile
13. Qualification: Successfully completed studies (Bachelor's degree) in the fields of industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain management or a related subject area.
14. Experience: Professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company or specifically in purchasing is a great advantage.
15. Soft skills: They are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, a proactive approach to challenging tasks, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. IT affinity: High digital competence and secure mastery of common MS Office applications.
17. Languages: Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, for the international working environment.
