Responsibilities:
1. Lead production employees, including deployment planning and personnel development
2. Continuous optimization of production processes and mixing procedures to reduce manufacturing costs; independent preparation of work instructions
3. Responsible for ensuring, monitoring, and continuously improving occupational, health, and environmental safety within the production area, including documentation and training
4. Coordinate procurement, provision, and maintenance of workwear, PPE, equipment, and operating materials
Qualifications:
5. Several years of leadership experience in liquid production and batch operations, supported by a relevant degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
6. Strong expertise in production workflows and process optimization, ideally with Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
7. Solid IT skills, including SAP (PP/MM) and MS Office, with the ability to work confidently in data‑driven production environments.
8. High awareness of occupational safety and compliance, combined with an independent and solution‑oriented working style.
9. Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational skills, resilience, flexibility, and a systematic, structured approach to work.
10. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with very good German and good English language skills.
