Responsibilities：1. Coordinate the entire process of the used products from on-site inspection to finished product refurbishmebt & repair, and be responsible of on-site operation management and quality supervision;
2. Responsible for the collection and usage management of spare parts to ensure the smooth operation of the production line
3. Responsible for the management of production line operators and lead the team to achieve refurbishment & repair performance KPI
Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above, those with experience in refurbishment/repair of chargers/power banks/earphones/sweeping robots/energy storage products are preferred;
2. Have good communication and coordination skills and team management skills
3. English can be used as a working language
