Wecaps Kapsel GmbH is expanding across Europe and is hiring an experienced industry sales professional to drive B2B growth in:
Hard capsules (Gelatin / HPMC)
Nutraceutical ingredients
Processing & packaging equipment for supplement manufacturing
Key responsibilities
Develop new B2B accounts (brands, CDMOs, contract manufacturers, distributors, integrators)
Manage the full sales cycle (lead → sampling → quotation → negotiation → contract → payment → repeat orders)
Build and manage distributors/agents in EU markets
Work cross-functionally with supply chain and QA/RA to ensure delivery and customer success
Must-have
Proven B2B sales experience in at least one of the following: capsules / nutraceutical ingredients / supplement CDMO / supplement manufacturing equipment
Strong commercial skills (pipeline, negotiation, closing, collections)
Business English (German is a plus)
Willingness to travel across Europe
Nice-to-have
Existing EU customer network or distributor relationships
Understanding of quality documentation & regulatory communication (CoA, specs, traceability)
