We’re a small, experienced, and fast-moving team, and we’re now looking for an App Growth Project Lead who can help us scale operations while maintaining the quality and strategic depth our clients expect.
We’re looking for an App Growth Project Lead to strengthen our internal delivery, support our Paid UA and ASO teams, and ensure flawless execution of our growth strategies across multiple app clients.
This role is not client relationship management and doesn’t involve commercial or strategic discussions with clients.
Your mission is to make sure everything that follows those conversations is executed at the highest possible standard: the right tasks are created, teams are aligned, deadlines are met, our data, creatives, and reports are spotless, and there is always something new to test.
You’ll be the operational backbone of REPLUG’s growth projects. Project Coordination & Delivery
Reporting & Data Hygiene
Review performance data, challenge insights, and connect results to next steps.
Monitor current campaign performances, identify opportunities, propose tests, explore new channels, etc
Every client project runs smoothly and predictably.
4+ years of experience in a mobile marketing or growth agency, managing multiple client projects.
~ Proven track record in project management and operational delivery, managing timelines, dependencies, and team alignment.
~ Confident communication skills in English (German a plus).
~ Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, international environment.
