Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Buyer (m/f/d) within the Transport & Logistics Team at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder, limited to 6 months.
Your Responsibilities:
7. Managing the end-to-end procurement activity for strategic service providers for transport and logistics services across the Airbus Group
8. Supporting and contributing to the deployment of the Airbus Procurement Market Segment Sourcing Strategy including associated policies
9. Perform market intelligence evaluation in line with the Market Segment Sourcing Strategy
10. Support and manage call-for-tenders (CFTs), including contract drafting and commercial negotiations
11. Achieve best-in-class purchasing solutions in line with internal customer needs, company requirements
12. Ensure compliance with procurement processes and policies
13. Support the Multi-functional Teams through the CFT and contract life-cycle phases
14. Monitor and support service provider performance, continuous improvements, claim management, including the lead for commercial settlement
15. Establish, expand and intensify long-term relationships with 3PL/4PL transport service providers and logistics service providers
16. Manage the internal stakeholders during all phases (service evolution, periods of crisis)
17. Support specific projects in the field of sustainability, supply chain resilience, competitiveness, digitalisation and innovation
Your Profile:
18. Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, Economics or comparable
19. Several years of professional experience in Procurement, Logistics, Supplier and Contract Management
20. Basic knowledge in Project Management
21. Skills in Google Workspace
22. Fluent English skills spoken and written
23. German and French skills are advantageous
