About the Role
This is a key position that requires a professional with experience as an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist/Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting people leaders and employees, and a solid understanding of German Labor and Social Law.
Key Responsibilities
1. University degree or vocational training in HR administration and management
2. Minimum 3 years of experience if you are an HR Generalist, or 5 years as an HRBP possibly in a matrix environment
3. Sound knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
4. Experience in working with Work Councils
5. Fluent German and English language skills
