Summary
For the Area "Reconnaissance Vehicles" we are looking for a "Project Manager Reconnaissance Vehicles (f/m/d)" at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The "Reconnaissance Vehicles" Area is responsible for the preparation of offers and the implementation of customer projects from the project planning phase through development to series production. In addition, new products are defined and existing products are further developed within the scope of product responsibility and product strategy.
Your Tasks
1. Participation in the acquisition of projects
2. Creation of concepts, user specifications and offers as well as support for customers in creating system requirements
3. Handling international projects within the agreed time, cost and performance framework
4. Implementation of systematic project planning and project tracking
5. Leading project teams and managing subcontractors
6. Collaboration with internal and external partners and customers
7. Conducting presentations within HENSOLDT and externally to customers and suppliers and preparing corresponding reports
8. Deriving new products from technical possibilities, customer requirements and market developments
9. Clarification of technical implementations, taking into account alternative approaches (in-house, external development, development partners, cooperation partners)
10. Development of product life cycles and suitable service and logistics concepts
11. Preparation of analyses of marketing alternatives and competitor products
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is a prerequisite.
Your Profile
12. Completed engineering degree in physics, electrical engineering, precision engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
13. Experience in the management and processing of (international) projects
14. Experience / knowledge in the management of project teams
15. Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP R3)
16. Planning skills, a confident manner and the ability to work in a team
17. Results-oriented, structured and cooperative way of working
18. High degree of flexibility
19. Fluent German and good English skills
