Key Responsibilities:
o Ensuring smooth day-to-day HR Operation following HR Governance standards in the factory
o Providing internal HR Support related to Employee relations including HR Advisory & HR Counselling to the Leadership team, Business units
o Defining, executing Recruitment strategy & Talent Acquisition activities
o Providing support related to L&D and Talent Development initiatives
o Implementing Performance Management models & Succession Planning initiatives
o Human Capital Management including HR Budgeting & Workforce planning, HR Manning
o Preparing & presenting of HR Reports/ HR Dashboards to the Leadership team
o Supporting Human Resources Manager with transformation process & participating in HR projects on a group level in line with the company’s latest strategic objectives
o Ensuring compliance with Labor law, internal policies & HR Best Practices
o Leading collaboration with the Works Councils/ Trade Unions, including preparation & attending hearings, negotiations/ reconciliation processes
o Identifying potential HR risks & developing effective Mitigation strategies
o Acting as a Brand ambassador, promoting company values and collaborating on Employer Branding
o Shaping our company culture & implementing the Diversity & Inclusion activities.
Candidate Experience:
o Min. 3 years of experience in the HR field as an HR Business Partner & HR Consultant or in a similar role
o Experience in HR Operations, preferably within an industrial & manufacturing environment (plant & factory)
o Familiar with the German Labor Code, regular interaction with Workers Councils & Trade Unions
o Hands-on approach with a problem-solving strategic HR mindset
o Strong Project Management & stakeholder engagement skills
o English & German language/ fluent.
