Your Tasks
* Responsible for standardizing and improving manufacturing processes globally, ensuring operational excellence, quality, and cost efficiency
* Define global production process standards and best practices
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites
* Collaborate with plant managers and engineering teams to ensure process compliance
* Support digital manufacturing initiatives and Industry 4.0 adoption
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards globally
Your Qualifications
* Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a similar field
* Good German and English (spoken and written)
* Experience in global production management and process optimization
* Comprehensive knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods
* Strong expertise in manufacturing control systems (MES, EWM, etc.)
* Proficiency in Teamcenter and SAP PP
