They play a huge role in the global shipping and cargo industry, with a huge presence in Miami and The Bahamas. Due to their continued expansion and exciting new projects, they now require a Construction Project Manager to help them reach their goals.
In this role you will split your time spending time on-site in The Bahamas, and the company offices, while having the chance to spend time at home every quarter. You will take the lead and manage a variety of construction projects across islands in The Bahamas. All of your company travel will be covered, including flights home.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Construction Project Manager, having worked in a similar environment on beachfront or island based projects.

The role:
1. Lead construction projects from planning, through design and through to completion
2. Manage a team of contractors, consultants, engineers and architects
3. Contract & documentation management
4. Project scheduling and budgeting
The person:
5. Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager
6. Experience leading design & build projects
7. Experience managing budgets, scheduling & tenders
8. Worked in a role on beachfront or island projects
