YOUR TASKS
* You acquire PAYBACK online partners for PAYBACK Online Shopping and develop them into key accounts
* You generate media bookings through fixed and variable media budgets of the partners and define suitable digital campaigns
* You are responsible for the new revenue of one or more eCommerce sectors
* You identify potentials based on market, industry, and company analyses and develop independent market approaches
* You use the PAYBACK marketing platform as well as PAYBACK points for the best possible campaign success
* You develop and define relevant KPIs for efficient budget use
* You work closely with colleagues from key account partner management, vertical leads, and other internal interfaces
YOUR PROFILE
* You have experience in digital performance marketing, are familiar with the affiliate business, and know what currently drives eCommerce companies
* You have independently negotiated media deals or similar agreements
* You have completed a degree in economics or a comparable professional training
* Communication is your strength, you think customer-oriented and work result-oriented and independently
* You present and negotiate confidently
* You can communicate confidently in German and English
* You are a team player and bring a healthy dose of humor
