Your tasks
6. Support for purchasing in customer and development projects
7. Milestone planning according to standard lead times for individual items, including required dates for feasibility tests, parts lists and technical drawings
8. Status presentation on the current project status within Purchasing
9. Tracking and status review of milestones in each team meeting to ensure on-time delivery of required deliverables
10. Tracking of all purchased parts to ensure production starts on time
11. Prioritization of responsible parts in all departments involved
12. Implementation of corrective measures, including store floor management in purchasing
Your profile
13. Completed vocational training, including further training in business administration or a comparable qualification
14. Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing and/or project management
15. Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
16. Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
17. Strong communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to deal with conflict
