YOUR MISSION
1. Drive profitable and sustainable growth in market share, sales, and brand visibility for PUMA within a defined customer portfolio, aligned with PUMA’s strategic goals
2. Manage pre-orders and re-orders, and prepare tailored offers for PUMA collections according to seasonal cycles and customer needs
3. Analyze customer requirements and develop targeted measures to unlock sales potential—both in pre-order and post-order phases—to ensure long-term revenue growth
4. Monitor market trends and evolving customer expectations, derive innovative (out-of-the-box) approaches, and implement new strategies to increase PUMA’s market share
5. Acquire new customers in line with PUMA’s strategic guidelines to further expand our footprint.
YOUR TALENT
6. Solid understanding of the performance retail environment and its dynamics, complemented by experience or knowledge in the teamsports business
7. Proven track record in acquiring new customers, supported by strong presentation and communication skills
8. High level of commitment, team orientation, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
9. Excellent command of both written and spoken German and English
10. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
11. Willingness to travel as required by the role.
