Your Tasks In your role, you will be part of our sales team for molecular diagnostics in oncology and hemato-oncology You are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets in your region You identify new business opportunities and potential customers in your region You take responsibility from the pre-phase of an acquisition to the preparation of the offer or contract negotiation through to the signing of the contract You take care about existing customers and interact with close customers You maintain the ERP/CRM system with relevant customer data You take part in regular trade fairs and congresses national and internationally You will work closely with the commercial teams to ensure effective sales processes Your Profile You have a degree in molecular biology or comparable You have experience (>2 years) in field sales, ideally in the B2C sector Ideally, you already have relevant experience in selling molecular diagnostic products in oncology or molecular pathology and an understanding of the market in which we operate You enjoy a task in which you can contribute your communication skills and affinity for sales in addition to an understanding of technically complex issues You have an independent way of working and have strong negotiation skills You communicate confidently in German and English You have a driver's license and are willing to travel We Offer Work in an innovative company with an open and family-friendly corporate culture and a cooperative and enthusiastic working atmosphere An exciting, varied field of work with plenty of room for one's own initiative, new ideas and independent work A permanent employment contract, flexible working hours, 30 days paid leave, individual training opportunities and additional benefits such as company car for private use, Deutschlandticket, company pension scheme and group accident insurance Do you see yourself in that role and are interested in joining BIOTYPE?
