Key Responsibilities:
Site-Level Ownership & Execution
• Take full responsibility for production planning, material flow, logistics, and supply reliability at site level
• Actively work on the shopfloor and within planning/logistics processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
•Stabilise and continuously improve production and material planning to support growth and compliance
Planning, Flow & Performance Improvement
•Strengthen the link between production, planning, and logistics, improving transparency and flow
•Identify, analyse, and resolve material shortages, capacity constraints, and planning instability
•Implement and maintain robust capacity planning and resource allocation
Systems, Data & Analytics
•Own supply-chain-related ERP processes, including master data quality and workflow optimisation
•Use data-driven approaches to improve planning accuracy, inventory levels, and delivery performance
•Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is a strong advantage (not mandatory if operational strength is high)
Cross-Site & Global Collaboration
•Participate in cross-site initiatives across the OrbusNeich group (planning alignment, standardisation, best practices)
•Collaborate with global supply chain teams on planning frameworks, system topics, and operational improvements
People & Stakeholder Management
•Lead and develop 1 direct report covering planning/logistics/material functions
•Act as a key interface between operations, supply chain, and global stakeholders
Professional Background:
•Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or similar
•Several years of experience in manufacturing-based supply chain roles
•Background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, medical-grade polymers, specialty chemicals, food, or nutrition is welcome
•Strong understanding of regulated, process-driven environments
