Overview
Senior Product Manager - (Logistics, Customer Pricing) (Fixed Term). The role is to join the dynamic pricing team in Logistics and help shape how delivery fees and other prices are calculated for millions of customers across 70+ countries. This position is based in Berlin, with an international workplace and a focus on last-mile delivery challenges that improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants.
Responsibilities
* Lead the product by developing and maintaining a clear roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, user needs, and technological advancements; drive quarterly and long-term OKRs.
* Drive innovation and automation by championing the product vision from discovery to implementation with a data-driven approach and measurable results.
* Leverage data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses through experimentation, and continuously improve pricing strategies.
* Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and internal users to translate complex requirements into impactful product features; align with stakeholders across global brands.
* Become the subject matter expert for dynamic pricing and foster a culture of continuous improvement within this domain.
Qualifications
* 4+ years of product management experience delivering complex data-driven products at scale with tangible results.
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to tackle complex problems with scalable solutions.
* Proven ability to translate diverse business needs into impactful product solutions.
* Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
* Ability to work across multiple teams in a complex organization, driving alignment toward shared objectives.
* Strong ownership, ability to identify meaningful patterns, and convert complexity into actionable plans.
* Exceptional communication skills suitable for tactical, strategic, and vision-level discussions.
Nice to have
* Experience addressing pricing and demand steering challenges.
* Exposure to the last-mile delivery industry.
* Experience building and managing internal tools.
* SQL proficiency.
